HKS GTIII Turbine

Turbochargers are becoming increasingly important in order to respond to improvements in fuel efficiency and exhaust gas regulations that are strengthened year by year, and processing technologies are evolving to create high-efficiency turbines. The GTIII turbine uses CHRA made by MHI incorporating such latest technology. The impeller is machined to achieve high supercharging without surging even in low airflow areas.

In addition, the know-how accumulated over many years by HKS, who knows turbo engines, is injected into the housing. Increased turbine efficiency and expanded margin for surging.

The best combination of blades and optimal housing can be realized when actually mounted on a vehicle. Despite the orthodox floating metal type turbine, please enjoy such a new feeling that you can enjoy the response comparable to the ball bearing type by improving the efficiency of various places.

HKS GTIII-5R
- The GTIII-5R, developed as a successor to the T51R SPLBB, is small and lightweight, but supports up to 800PS.
- High output and high response are achieved by adopting MHI's high-efficiency CHRA and aluminum forged and machined impeller.
- The installation position is the same as the T51R series turbine, so users with the T51R turbo kit can replace it (oil and water inlet and outlet are exclusive products)
