ESM Race offers a self-lubricating PTFE liners on nearly all of our rod ends and spherical bearings. The PTFE liner is chemically bonded to the inner diameter of the race. The liner offers a very high load carrying capac ity and has greatly increased dynamic wear characteristics. The operating temperatures of our liner range from -65* to 325* F.

When it comes to designing ESM Race spherical bearing kits, ESM Race only uses OEM control arms to extract data that they need to produce products. ESM Race has a in house CMM - Cordinate Measuring Machine to assure precise information to allow ESM to manufacture their kits.
