Description

3 into 1 Slip Fit Merge Collectors have been designed to provide a smooth collector merge angle to help promote exhaust pulse scavenging, while maximizing power. This works to create a Venturi Effect, where the transition outlet cone angle is optimized for ideal flow. Our 3 into 1 Merge Collectors feature easy Slip-Fit connections, which enable runners to slide into the 3 collector inlets. Made from full 204 Stainless Steel Construction and featuring 100% back purged welds, our 3 into 1 Merge Collectors offer excellent corrosion resistance, lasting durability and are ready to weld straight from the box, with little to no prep required.

The Vibrant Performance 3 into 1 Slip Fit Merge Collectors can be welded to 304 Stainless Steel using a 308L filler and to 321 Stainless Steel using a 347 filler. The Merge Collectors can slip fit with appropriately sized tubing. We recommend using the Collector Tab Kit (PN 10340) for securing the Runners to the Collectors while in use, as an added bonus these are easy to remove during service. The Slip Fit Merge Collectors cannot be welded to Titanium. Our new Merge Collectors are ideal for naturally aspirated headers, but are not recommended for Turbo applications. 304 Cast Stainless Steel "Y" Collectors are also available, as a costeffective solution for fabrication dual exhaust systems.
