Coated with Jet-Hot for maximum bonding strength and increased finish durability.

For the standard 718 GT4, we offered both a catted and catless solution for a header replacement. But in order to follow suit with the GT4 RS that would introduce necessary compromises, so we didn't do it. Our Competition Headers maximize the design potential of that section of the GT4 RS, utilizing all the space available for longer tubing and an expanded merge collector to meet the 3-inch flowpath of the Over Axle Pipes.

Our Competition Headers will deliver immediate increases in sound, power and response in an efficient and lightweight package.

DETAILS
- Direct bolt-on installation, pairs with factory or upgraded Over Axle Pipes
- Weighs 4.5 lbs / 2 kg less than factory headers (17.75 lbs vs 22.2 lbs factory)

CONSTRUCTION
Each set is assembled in house in the USA out of mandrel bent, thick wall .065" T304L stainless steel. Back purged TIG welding (with ARCAL Prime argon gas) ensures proper weld penetration and longevity, crucial for durability on the track. Our cast head flanges allow for a smooth transition from exhaust ports into the runners. Water jet cut exhaust flanges are made to ISO 9001:2015 standards with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for extreme precision. We fabricate these headers using thick gauge aluminum fixtures which act as a great heat sink during the welding process and prevent warping not only of our products, but the fixtures themselves to ensure perfect fitment.
