Radium Engineering Fuel Rail - Nissan RB20DET Engine

Description

This fuel rail features three 8AN ORB ports, two located at the ends and one in the middle. It also features one 1/8 NPT port.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers.

This Nissan RB20DET fuel rail is manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The rail is CNC machined from a custom 6063 aluminum extrusion and black anodized and laser etched for a high quality surface finish. It incorporates many lightweight features to go with the strong integrated gusset mounts.

The fuel rail is designed for any aftermarket injectors that have the same fitment as the OEM injectors. Contact an injector manufacturer to see what they offer. The upper injector bores are machined with a common 11mm ID (Denso). Use the included O-rings if re-using the OEM injectors, otherwise the included O-rings will not be needed. Tthe front, rear, and center ports use 8AN ORB (3/4"-16 O-ring threads) to accept many adapter fittings for custom high flow fuel system builds.

NOTES

1. If the OEM fuel pressure regulator will be reused, use the 20-0303 FPR Adapter.
2. The rail is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.
