Note: This intake system requires no tuning to operate properly and safely! However, if you choose to add an upgraded downpipe or tune, you must choose a tune that is specific to either the PERRIN or AEM Intake System. MAF curves for any other intake (including the OEM Air Box) will not work properly and you will damage your engine! Always contact a qualified tuner prior to adding any ECU mapping to your vehicle!

Also, this intake has been thoroughly tested to be safe on all Cobb AccessPORT Off-The-Shelf (OTS) calibrations/tunes. If you are/will-be-using a custom ECU calibration provided by a custom tuner, seek their advice if this intake is safe to use with their calibration.

MAF Extension
The OEM MAF sensor wiring harness is too short to work with the PERRIN Cold Air Intake. Provided with each kit is a MAF sensor extension. This extension comes with OEM plug ends to relocate the MAF sensor with no compatibility issues.

Powder coated for protection from the elements, the glossy neon yellow or hyper pink will accent your show car, while the classic textured red and black finish will look awesome for years to come!

Sound
Under everyday driving conditions, the PERRIN Cold Air Intake sounds nearly stock. However, when the engine is put to the test, the intake comes to life, unlocking the sound of your turbo flat-4 and blow-off valve.
