Although the Camry nameplate hasn't traditionally been synonymous with performance, the Toyota Camry V6 was made with performance in mind. The iconic 2GR-FKS is a very capable engine pushing out 301 horsepower out of the box. To improve on this, HPS applied their knowledge and set forth to design an intake system that not only functions, but also looks great.

HPS started by scrutinizing the factory plastic air box and convoluted air hose to look for any potential choke points. With this information, addressed the issues and introduced mandrel bent aluminum tubing and custom made heat shield to the vehicle. Feeding the 3.25" intake pipe is the HPS Performance air filter, which is washable and rechargeable using the HPS Air Filter Cleaning Kit (sold separately). HPS designed the intake system with a heat shield to work in unison with the factory fresh air scoop to help mitigate radiant heat from the engine. With these parts installed, HPS was able to extract 12 horsepower and 13 lb-ft torque over stock without triggering CEL. The open element design enhances induction sound, adding another level of excitement for your drive.
