This stabilizes the suspension's behavior by connecting the upper mounting parts (strut houses) of the left and right suspensions and suppressing the so-called "falling over" phenomenon of the strut houses. It reduces the twisting of the body that occurs when cornering, improving handling and stability.

Titanium strut tower bar
The shaft that connects the left and right sides, and the mounting base are all made of titanium. It is extremely light, at about 45% of the mass of steel, and has about twice the strength of aluminum, making it a metal that is less susceptible to metal fatigue.
