Evasive Motorsports has just received a shipment of Hypertech Max Energey Programmers for the 2009+ WRX and Mazda 3’s and 6’s. In order to increase engine efficiency, horsepower and torque, HyperTech engineers first make hundreds of dyno runs to optimize the spark and air-fuel curves point by point over the entire rpm band from just off idle to wide open throttle. Next they take the vehicle with the new tune to the track and the street to verify real world performance gains. Evasive Motorsports took 1st place in the Limited AWD class at Global Time Attack this past weekend with a time of 1:49.5. The Evasive Motorsports EVO IX, driven by Mike Chang, ran fairly well with the heated weather conditions. Global Time Attack RD 1 Final Results

Here are some photos of a custom fabricated race exhaust we made for a customer’s STi. Made from stainless steel, the piping is 90mm diameter. Everything was cut and handwelded from scratch, including the hollow exhaust hangers (in progress as I write this blog post).
