The design of the EVS Tuning SSP Cat-back Exhaust has been finalized and will be available this fall. Tested on our Mustang dyno, it made gains of of +4.4 hp, +1.3 lbs tqe. The main pipe is 70mm, which reduces down to 60mm when split between the muffler and Helmholtz canister. The tip is angled cut with a 115mm diameter. The Helmholtz design helps maintain that throaty exhaust sound while minimizing drone at the same time. The exhaust piping is a slip joint design, easily adjustable for fitment. The tip is also adjustable so you can bring it out as far back or as far in as you want, in order to accommodate factory or aftermarket bumpers. In the near future, an optional carbon diffuser add-on will be available to cover the right side exit of the bumper.

EVS Tuning SSP Cat-back Exhaust in development for the Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ
Due to the popularity of the EVS Tuning SSP Exhaust for the Honda S2000, Evasive Motorsports is developing a cat-back system for the Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ. Above is a preliminary prototype which we are still fine tuning. The SSP will be a single-exit exhaust system design using a Helmholtz canister to maintain resonance for great exhaust sound while minimizing drone. We will be offering this exhaust likely near the end of fall. Stay tuned for more updates.
