Available starting March 2013, the new TEIN EDFC Active system automatically and instantly adjusts dampening force according to G-force and speed of the vehicle. Users can program up to 10 points of adjustments specific to G-force and speed. This feature provides fine tuning on a whole new level.
The new EDFC Active is wireless, allowing easy installation unlike the hardwired version in the past. The compact control unit also displays vehicle speed, trip meter, and time. As with many new displays, users can also customize the color of the display to match the interior lighting. Default colors can be set as white, blue, green, amber or user can completely customize it by adjusting the knob during selection.
