HKS has released details of the new Legamax Premium Exhaust for the Honda Civic Type R. The Legamax features low resonance, minimal drone, while increasing horsepower and adding a sporty sound.

HKS Sound Rating: 88dB (@Idling: 67dB) compared to OEM Exhaust Sound Rating: 82dB (@Idling: 58dB)

Overwhelming Low Exhaust Pressure – 50 percent of Original Pressure:

75mm large diameter pipe and full straight structure reduce the exhaust pressure to 50 percent of the stock exhaust. This significant exhaust pressure reduction enables the turbine to run smoothly from low RPM range, which results in the engine output increase in an entire speed range. Also, this pressure reduction effect is enhanced as the tuning level becomes more advanced; the engine output can be increased to 540ps without engine power-loss.

The RECARO Pole Position (SL) Edition 2018 is a limited-edition, high-performance seat created to celebrate the 50th anniversary of RECARO’s first lightweight shell seat for road use – the RECARO Rallye in 1967. The new Pole Position (SL) has a slim singlepiece shell made of GRP and provides perfect performance ergonomics and optimum body support.

Its headrest and side bolsters are covered with carbon black leather with a green leather stripe and black stitching around the edges to outline and emphasize the seat’s contours. The seat cushion and backrest are covered with black fabric that provides a pleasant feel and optimum hold.
