Cusco parts for the Lotus Exige
Cusco has just released a 10 point roll cage for the Lotus Exige. It features the following:
- Dash Escape (no cutting of the dash is required for installation)
- Front 4P
- Main arch side bar
- Side bar
- Front dash under bar
- Re-inforcement bar for front cage corner
- Seat belt anchor and 4 pillar joints are included. Pillar joint must be welded on the 10 point cage.

Cusco has also released a 22mm front sway bar. It’s adjustable on the joint areas, allowing the user to adjust strength of the bar. Aluminum brackets and bushings are included.
Volk Racing TE37 SL “Super Lap” Wheel

A few representives from Rays Engineering stopped by our office today to show off the new TE37 SL, a.k.a. Super Lap. This special version of the TE37 is even lighter than the original TE37. According to Rays, on a 18×10.5 size, the weight of the TE37 SL has been reduced by 400grams when compared to the original TE37. They accomplished this by shaving down certain areas of the wheels, primarily near the back of the spokes and center. Through special mold form tooling technology, they were able to maintain the strength and rigidity. Please note, this version of the T37 does not have a compatible center cap. Center caps for the original TE37 will not fit the SL version, but who needs caps anyways?
The current official color is Pressed Graphite, and the finish is amazing! The rim flange and center part has a diamond cut finish. It’s finished with a black clear coat, leaving a lightweight impression and visual appeal. It comes with valve stems and stickers. The wheel decals come on a separate sheet with the wheels, giving the consumer the choice of whether they want to sport them or not.
The wheels have already been released in Japan in 17-18″ sizes. However, there should be more sizes soon to come. Estimated availability in the states will be around June. If you’d like to pre-order, you can order through our website or give us a call!
