Description

This metal head gasket is for the 4G63 motor found in the 1996 through 2006 Evolution (EVO 4 - 9). This head gasket is designed to handle higher pressure levels over the factory piece.

This special head gasket was constructed from multiple layers of steel for reliable sealing of the head to the block.

These head gaskets are treated with a special metal for increased resistance to heat and corrosion and are designed to withstand high horsepower applications, oversized pistons, and various compression ratios.

For additional sealing, the head gasket is treated with a special flourine rubber coating.

Competition grade head gasket is required on high horsepower application for engine reliability.
